** Wild Wednesday Roll Call **

Good morning PA peeps!  What a crazy day I had - it started out unpleasant with a MAJOR misunderstanding which of course turned into a fight.  Then we talked about it - worked things out as we always do - and were heading out of camp for a date with no REAL plans.  Ended up meeting up with some friends and then others joined us and we had a BLAST!  There MAY have been SOME alcohol involved!  We laughed and posed for pictures which MAY or MAY NOT be on facebook and laughed some more.  However, not ONE male waitstaff hit on me....hhhmmmm...weird! :)

Anyway - heading to bed soon, possibly, and then working with the little people throughout the day.  There will be no time off for the next three days during the day as the camp is going to be in COLOR WAR mode.  The camp will split into four teams and spend three days competing in all kinds of crazy events.  My staff will be part of the teams and therefore will not be around much. We want to give them time to be part of the camp community.  Our little people are NOT part of color war.

Tomorrow night I am hopefully heading back out of camp with a friend to catch up.  That is all on my agenda!

I hope your Wednesday is as Wild as you want it to be! :)

Good morning Steffi & PA!
I too had a crazy and stressful day.  I am glad it is over.  Today will be work, chiropractor, dinner, then we are off to get me a new cell, add a line for Caleb and add a line for Tim.  Caleb is at Boy Scout camp this week and from what I understand so far it is having a terrible week.  I hope it gets better or he may end up quitting scouts.  It is a long story, just pray for him to have fun.  I can not wait for him to get home on Saturday.

Hi Steffi,
Looks like the **** Fairy was busy on Tuesday, because I had one of those days as well.  After a horrific weekend with my mom, her boyfriend, etc, I drove home from the Gettysburg area around lunch time, stopped to go potty twice and walk around, and when I got to Pet Smart to pick up Utley, I realized I lost my wallet at a rest stop.  After figuring out which one it was and getting the number, thanks to my ex who was at a computer, I called the rest stop and they had my wallet, so I made a frantic call to my sister who had not left the cabin yet, and she picked up my wallet en route.  BUT, not having my wallet when I went to get Utley, I wrote them a check, and the computer refused my check, supposedly because I had cancelled my Visa Checkcard.  Bank said, no that can't be the reason, and it took 30 minutes for them to get a manager to override the system in a computer.

Wednesday has me calling the pain doctor to get in there immediately, because I think I pinched a nerve and am in more pain than prior times.

Have a great day.

Trish

Hey all. Was very busy yesterday the schedule today will be much of the same.  I did oversleep this am so I had to jump and run to work with wet hair. Eyeliner broke on my eye and then my protein shake exploded on me, and yes I am wearing black so it is very visible. I have to stand in front of people to do a training this a,m with white stains all over me nice,

oh Nic.... I'm so sorry.... i know all too well just how that feels!  Just come up with a great story to accompany the stains (rescuing a young child's lost dog from a stream on the way to work, which smeared your eyeliner and resulted in mud stains on your dress or something equally dramatic/heroic/heart-tugging)!  Haha.

Hugs.

Good Morning Steffi, PA,

Hope your Wednesday is a whole lot better than your Tuesday. . .

Every day lately is a stress day at work, but luckily I am rolling with it and the upside is that the days go quickly, still my life does not allow for too much of anything once I get home, there is the garden to tend to and most of all my Roxie girl who craves lots of love and attention, so last night thanks to the lower humidity I took her to the dog park where she played and had a good night with her doggie friends., then home to cook up some of my garden picked zucchini, any good recipes out there?

Well, I guess that is about it for me, got to take the Roxie girl for her walk and then get ready for the work day.  . .  I am looking forward to seeing some of you this evening at Barix, 7 p.m., be there or be square. . . .

Hugs, Laureen

I don't think this zuchinni recipe is new, but, maybe you don't have it....It's our favorite and my kids actually LOVE it!

3 cups shredded zuch.
4 eggs beaten
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. oil (I used canola)
1 c. lite bisquick
2 t. italian seasoning
1/2 t. salt
combine all ingredients. spray pam in a 9X13 pan. pour mixture into pan. Bake at 350 degrees 25-30 minutes. (or until the top is lightly browned.)

YUM!!!

I think one or two more eggs could be added to up the protein and the leftover quantity.

Sounds yummy and I have not made anything like that yet, so I might try it, using egg beaters and olive oil. . .  who knew I could love zucchini this much . . .  lol, next year I will grow more of it, so that I can freeze it and have my own gardens worth to get me through the winter months. . .

Thanks
