I've not really had my head in the game and I've committed to myself to get back on track and stay on track.

Well, one of my goals is to walk .at least 30 mins. each day.  Gradually adding more challenging aerobic exercises under the supervision of a trainer.

Yesterday I walked my 30 minutes and coverd 1.5 miles.  Even more of a WOW... I broke a sweat... not a just a 'glow' but a full out sweat that made the shirt wet!!!  I had a good laugh and rally felt good about my progress.

More sweatin' time today....

Congrats on your Wow.  That is neat.  I can remember a time when I avoided exercising because I hated to sweat.  Now, I feel good about it.

Keep up the good work.

Trish

A nice sweat leaves your skin feeling so cleansed afterward!  And I find that if I break a good thorough sweat consistently, my skin has cleared up significantly of blemishes.  My theory is that it's washing the skin from the inside out and getting rid of toxins and dirt.

Good for you!!!

Funny you should mention that...it's an amazing feeling.  I used to sweat all the time - by walking out to my car in the summer, lol...but it never last very long (I wouldn't want it to and would plant my ass down in the AC ASAP)  But now, I dont' feel like I'm working out anywhere close to hard enough if not only do I NOT begin to sweat within the first 5 mins, but continue to for well after I'm done.

I literally LOVE the sweat pouring off of me.....strange but true.....
