Sticking to the basics - its all about the food tuesday
I am having trouble with getting in my snacks being home but I am going to try harder today
B: 2 scrambled eggs with a little cheddar cheese
S: a few slices of london broil
L: leftover shrimp salad (have to finish up the yumminess!)
S: cheese stick and a few cherries
D: My 12 year old cousin is coming over so I'll give her a choice of chicken breasts, london broil, tacos or fish. SHe can choose from broccoli, zucchini or tomato salad too. She has been doing healthy eating (we don't let her call it a diet) so this will be good for her too to get to pick what we will have. Her Mom has to appease her and her 2 brothers so she doesn't get to plan the meal too often, I know she'll like it.
S: strawberry ice cream (she is really looking forward to a healthy alternative of ice cream too!)
I might try and get her for the weekend of the next cooking class, I'd love for her to see everyone's successing AND the healthy foods

M2: Yogurt
M3: Creamy chicken soup with greek yogurt
M4: Crushed pineapple with cream cheese
M5: Leftover chicken quesadilla with greek yogurt and guacamole and high fiber wrap (instead of tortilla)
