Quick Salmon Loaf

Ingredients:

Serves 4

3 7.75-oz cans salmon, drained
2 eggs, separated
1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 F. Coat an 9x5" loaf pan with cooking spray.

Flake the salmon and add to a medium mixing bowl. Add the dried onion flakes, parsley flakes, seasoning salt and pepper.

Separate the eggs and lightly beat the yolks. Add to salmon and mix gently. Beat the egg whites until fluffy and fold into salmon. Spoon mixture into the loaf pan.

Bake for 40 minutes. Drizzle with cream sauce if desired or serve cold with a tangy mayonnaise.

I know this really late after your reciepe was written but just now got around to trying it and I must admit along with my husband that it is really good and will use it again and often
