***Thursday Work Out***

So all night long I had a TON of energy, and I continued to have it in the gym today.

Today was "just" a trainer day - but I felt really strong....except of course for the pesky muscles shaking like a leaf during half of the exercises, lol  But, even the trainer said "Do you feel really good today?" at the end of it.  I said as a matter of fact, I feel PHENOMENAL today and he said "It shows...you just killed this work out today"  And, I know that was sincere and not just a pat on the head to keep me motivated.

30 mins of weights, full body "push" work out, with a slim chance of being able to walk tomorrow.  AWESOME

Whatchya doin?
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

I walked 3 miles at the park with just minimal pain.  Yay!

going to the gym tonight for zumba and pilates... I may have to take it easy in pilates depending on what she does, but we'll see.

 Taking the kayak to Round Valley, but if it's too windy, will hike instead - boat's on the roof, hiking boots are in the back seat!

Did my hour on the Elliptical and will be doing some strength training later tonight! I have lost 5lbs in 2 weeks!! I think it's all those stairs that I have been climbing up and down on!! LOL I love this new office building!

I did a 30 min total body interval work out

And now I am busy pulling out everything from the basement because we have a flood in it.

I am sorry to hear about your basement being flooded. That totally sucks. I know my parent's basement flooded a few years ago I can't even tell you how many beautiful sari's were ruined. Hugs coming your way!

Tonight I went out and did a mile jog / walk. It may not seem like a lot but it's been a while since I moved my butt in some sort of formal exercise, so just getting out was huge. It was a very good outlet for a stressful night. Thanks to everyone of you who post your exercise every day, you pushed me tonight!
