Where are all my work out freaks??

So monday I went to the gym BEFORE work and got my butt kicked by my trainer - and it felt soooo good like it always does.  Well, first I did a 15 min warm up on the treadmill which actually turned into a bit of a work out...I was jogging quite vigorously.

30 mins with him doing weights/interval type training

30 mins on the treadmill afterwards, walking a minimum of 3.8mph @ a 4.0% incline and was "jogging" at up to 4.5mph

Then went to work and got my butt kicked there...

AND THEN...because it was now TUESDAY...went BACK to the gym right after work....  Did a ten min warm up on the treadmill, did a full core/ab routine where I added weight to some and reps on others, then a 45 minute INCREDIBLE spin class to where the sweat was literally pouring off of me....

I'm incredibly sore in my upper body tonight...but it's a good sore...I feel like I should looked ripped at this point, lol

I went to Pilates tonight.. it is getting easier every time.  I can definitely feel the difference in my flexibility from when I first started going.

Hi Pam!
Yes I am still doing something every day.  Today we had appts at Geisinger in Danville (Caleb & me).  We parked far away and walked in & out...no shuttle for us.  After scouts tonight I did some stretching exercises, I have been having a lot of back pain the last few months.  Not as much exercise as I wanted to do...but at least i did some on a hectic day.

PS:  My 8 month post-op visit went well...but I still have that last 1.6 pound to lose...ugh.
