Not sure what I am having today yet. but I am thinking about making a crown roast of pork in an irish whiskey sauce. Had it last week at a restaurant and thinking about how I can make it low-cal.
m-1 protein shake / coffee with splenda and half and half
m-2 chai latte
m-3 probably some kind of wrap as I will not be home until 430
m-4 chicken, squash, red potatos
m-5 fruit and yogurt
