July Cooking Class!! THIS saturday!

Alright - so I know you are all only coming to meet Ameila BUT... lol

So the day will be saturday July 17th, noon until ??? (usually around 4-5)

My address is 65 Raubsville Road, Easton PA 18042 (we are actually about  5 miles south of easton off of route 611).  We are at the intersection of Raubsville Rd and Flafair Dr (driveway is on the Flafair road side). Feel free to park anywhere on our grass (pink garage and forward - the neighbor behind us is a pain!)

All are welcome regardless of surgeon, type of surgery or stage in the process. Significant others and support people are welcome! Unfortunately Chris will be working this day - he is bumming but it seems like the 17th works for more people.

If you would like to see a recipe made WLS friendly post here or e-mail me ([email protected]) and I'll work on it! Also if you have any requests let me know.

There is no charge for the class but we do ask for a small donation (this is totally anonomous, there is a jar out) or bring a commonly used supply (crystal light packets, paper plates etc)

I will be there as soon as my hair cut is done... i go in at 10 and leaving straight from there lol... and no girls... they won't come back till monday lol... whoop... btw... what are we going to be eating???

Yes Liz, We are all coming to see Amelia! Oh, and you too!! LOL...

If all things are good with Dad we will be there....I will have to see how the week goes. My brother is in the National Guard and he is going to Michigan this weekend for an entire week, so I need to be available if he is still in the hospital. Hopefully, by Saturday he will be home.

The menu so far...
Quinoa peanut butter cookies
fage pana cotta (very similar to flan but easier to make)
quinoa veggie burgers
basil chicken salad
roasted shrimp orzo salad (or maybe another cut of pasta if I can't find the whole wheat orzo) If anyone sees it and can grab a box for me I'd appreciate it! Just let me know

Siehara and I will be there.  I'm not sure if I will make anything. 

Do you need paper products/plasticware, etc?

sure, we can use paper plates. I still have a ton of silverware

Austin and I will be visiting you all.

I am going to try to come but I have to bring my kids :( My husband is in class all afternoon so depending on how my kids behave that morning I will be there. I will just put money in the jar since I have no desire to cook...lol.

There is a park down the street that Siehara will often go to while we are there.  She can take at least Sarah, if not Matthew too.
