Sticking to the Basics - Monday Mania
I just realized I'm gonna eat all of my meals out of the house, including pre and post work out snacks AND pre work out for tomorrow....oy...this might actually take some true planning. No real rhyme or reason to when I will eat what except for the pre and post work out stuff...
Pre work out: Banana & OJ (3:00ish pm)
Post Work out: Almonds and string cheese (5ish)
Greek yogurt w/ berries (8ish)
PB & J on a sandwich thin (11ish)
Ham & Cheese Roll ups (2ish)
Ricotta Cheese w/ strawberries & splenda (6ish)
Pre work out TUESDAY morning: Apple and OJ
Post work out TUESDAY morning: Something at home....bar b que chicken w/ mango salsa maybe?
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.
