***Hurt so good Monday Exercise Post***

Ok, so I am pre posting this because I know I won't have time later.....and I'm meeting with the trainer so Mellencamp's song seemed fitting, lol

Warm up on the treadmill for 15 mins

Trainer appt 4:00-4:30.  Will most likely be a full body "pull" work out and then probably some abs (even though I did one hell of a core/ab work out yesterday) if he's feeling very trainer like...

After him I'll probably do about 20-30 mins of cardio on my own...elliptical?  treadmill?  We'll see.

And then there will no doubtedly be the mad dash to figure out how to get ready for work in a strange environment and in front of people.....

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

I am going to the park to walk... I will try not to run.  I am feeling about 75% better but I still have pains.  I think they are phantom pains.

They are most likely NOT phantom pains!  Do not push yourself..I know you are beyond eager to do more..but remember...you posted in the post about running that you didn't do what you were supposed to do before and got sidelined...don't make the side lining longer than it needs to be.  You WILL be back in top gear, we know it!!

Good Morning Pam!
I have good news!! I lost 2 more pounds brings me to 4lbs!! OMG 4lbs since last 2 weeks. I think all that working out is helping. LOL who would have thunk? Any whoo I did my hour on the ellipitcal and will be walking on my lunch and breaks. Hope you have a good day.

I will be going to the gym tonight for a 1 hour spin class followed by 1 hour of Body Pump.

I have an appt. with my trainer at 5:30, then my karate class at 7;15.  Yesterday I walked 20 minutes, Saturday I did intervals for 75 minutes and Friday I did intervals for 60 minutes.  I lost 8 pounds in the last week.  I guess when dr. Brader said if you are not drenched in sweat when you exercise you are NOT doing it right he meant it.

So, like, I was TOTALLY drenched in sweat doing laundry on Sunday ...do we call that exercise or a hot flash???
