***Hurt so good Monday Exercise Post***
Ok, so I am pre posting this because I know I won't have time later.....and I'm meeting with the trainer so Mellencamp's song seemed fitting, lol
Warm up on the treadmill for 15 mins
Trainer appt 4:00-4:30. Will most likely be a full body "pull" work out and then probably some abs (even though I did one hell of a core/ab work out yesterday) if he's feeling very trainer like...
After him I'll probably do about 20-30 mins of cardio on my own...elliptical? treadmill? We'll see.
And then there will no doubtedly be the mad dash to figure out how to get ready for work in a strange environment and in front of people.....
You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!
