Sleepy Saturday roll call

It's 3:25am.  What the heck am I doing up!!  Can't sleep for whatever reason.  Hopefully will get tired enough to go back to bed.  I have a day trip planned today so I need my sleep. Going to the Poconos to visit with the in-laws today.  Weather is suppose to be iffy. But at least the temp up there shouldn't be too bad.  Y'all have a good day. Bring on the rain in Del Co.  Desperately need it!!

It's now just about an hour since my first post.  I am tired enough to go back to bed. Night again to all.

Well....my day has been interesting thus far.

Was scheduled last night at my perdiem job from 7p-3a.  My best friend at my "real" job was charge nurse...and was at her wits end because our staffing SUCKED tonight and as of 3am they were gonna be down 3 nurses.  As it worked out....my perdiem job was slow....so silly over here called said best friend and said "do you want another nurse on, I get out of here at 3, can be in by 3:30"  And of course....they took me up on the offer.

BUUUUT, then I got out EARLY from the per diem job and ended up meeting 3 crazy girls who were up to entirely NO good at a diner...they had post party food (except for the bday girl I might add) and I had "lunch"

Then headed to work...where it has ironically slowed down BIG TIME....so I sat at my per diem job doing almost nothing getting paid decent money...and now I'm sitting on OT doing almost nothing getting paid decent money.  Makes night like Thursday worth it, lol.

On the agenda is to go home at 7am...sleep for awhile...get up and go to pigapalooza which is something at the iron pigs stadium...I dunno...got free tix from work and it sounded like a nice evening out with the hubby.  We will probably be getting there about 4ish if I think the day is gonna go like I plan on it is.   And if Eric gets out on time, he might bring the girls ove, and Erin if she's up to it, to it as well, if so, we'll try to meet up with them...the Podeszwa's and Minnich's out on the town, LOL...at an iron pigs fair.

Hello PA...yes a face from the pass, back for inspiration and support.  Been lurking, but it's time too jump back in and participate.  Hey gmom62 I see we're neighbors...I'm in Yeadon/Lansdowne.

Lost my PT about two months ago...and his decision to close up really put me in a funk so I joined the 24-Hour Planet Fitness a few weeks ago.  Can't let that stop my motivation to get back on track.   It's 5:30am, and I'm up and motivated to get to the gym.  I have a treadmill and some other equipment here at home, but not all the rooms are air conditioned (not too cool in the gym either) so I'm out of here. 

Hope we have some substantial rain today...my lawn is crying out!

Hi everyone,

Today is the usual errands.  Have a gig tonight at Olga's.  The celtic band will be there again and I have an opportunity to dance.  It will depend on how much practice I get in if I do it.

Hubby got the job he wanted and wants to move closer to NY.  I don't want to move but he is the major bread winner so anyway.  I will send out a OT post to PA and see what I get.

Good Morning PA:

I'm tired but up early today, have a hair appt.  As usual it is cloudy and will probably rain by the time I get out with the hair looking nice.  It amazes me that we can go for so long without rain but every Saturday I schedule an appointment to get my hair done - it is guaranteed to rain.  We laugh about it at the hairdresser whenever I'm there.

Nothing really planned for the day - if it doesn't rain maybe the Harley will come out of the garage for the much needed cleaning and washing it needs after a road trip.  We wiped it down when we got home but it needs serious cleaning - the saddle bags need to come off for a cleaning and then polished, all the chrome needs polishing.....then a ride to dry everything off...

If it does rain, then I'll be locked up in my den making another attempt to write my essay for my entrance requirements for graduate school...

Good Morning,
I fell asleep during the Phillies game and missed the awesome ending.  I am having trouble with my psych meds and my doc is changing one of them.  Totally affects my thinking and my sleep patterns. 

This morning I took a nice walk with Utley along the Delaware.  I love that park.  I am going to lay low, and probably just go to Joann's look at yarn for a project.  I am not feeling well...back is starting to act up, and I am just beat.  I did join LA Fitness, and must get over there for my ID card, and maybe a walk in the pool.
