Sticking to the Basics - Thursday!
So we are almost through the work week!!
I did pretty good yesterday with my eating - I did have some whole grain crackers because I was feeling a bit dizzy - helped immediately.
Todays plan
B: 2 crustless quiches, fage with blackberry preserves
S: cheddar cheese with a few whole grain crackers
L: veggie and chicken stirfry with brown rice
S: peaches and jello
D: ground beef with mushrooms, onions and greek yogurt - not exactly sure but it sounds good! lol kind of a mock beef stroganoff
S: greek yogurt and pudding mix - thanks Keri!

S: Onion latkes with hummous
L: veggie pattie with hummous and roasted peppers
S: atkins protein bar (high fiber!)
D: Toasted Arnold round, 1 scrambled egg, 1 oz manchego cheese, 1/3 avocado mashed
S: Fudgesicles

I really need to hold myself more accountable. My resolve has been weakening lately. I have jus been sooo tired-all I want to do is sleep. My work/eating schedule has been in an upheaval for the last 8wks. NOT GOOD. I have reawakened my inner 'junk monkey'. Sadly, I have allowed this to happen. I need a swift kick in the pants and get back on track. Here was my attempt for today.
B: 2 scrambled eggs-ate only half; sausage patty-ate only half (@ work)
S: ate remainder of egg/sausage-threw out a few bites of each, RF cheese .75oz (@ work)
L: had appt-errands/no lunch/nap (less than 5hrs sleep last night)
S: 6-7 milkduds

no veggies, no fruit, weak dairy-Heaven help me!!
