I just spent about 15 minutes reading nutrition and ingredient labels on all the yogurts. I have emerged victorious with Breyers Light. It is fat free and has no added sugars. Its made with aspartame. And it tastes good!!!
Some days your the dog and some days your the hydrant.
Unfortunately nearly all the WLS "acceptable" yogurts are made with gelatin, so I won't eat them. I've been using Activia Carb & Sugar Control when I can find it.

Gelatin is a protein produced by partial hydrolysis of collagen extracted from the bones, connective tissues, organs, and some intestines of animals such as domesticated cattle, pigs, and horses.
I'm a vegetarian and have been since 1970. Hence, gelatin is not something I will eat.
