Good Morning All -

I am thinking of doing a "modified 5 day pouch test" next week if anyone would like to join me - carbs are taking back too strong a role in my life.

B" lite english muffin with light cream cheese
S: jello
L: have to order something for take out - maybe a salad
S: chocolate pudding
D: something with leftover chicken
S: jello or pudding, maybe an ice pop

Hi Liz - I'm trying to watch the carbs too - they do sneak back in there, don't they...nasty little devils.

B: Sausage & egg burrito
S: Banana
L: Leftover lobster ravioli w/crab meat
S: SF pudding
D: Breakfast casserole; sausage
S: Nuts

E: Curves

I am right there with you on the evil carbs!  Of course, I had toast with my cereal, so not a great start at cutting them back LOL

B:  rye toast and special K protein cereal with skim
S:  Apple and cheese
L:  salad
S:  sf pudding
D:  salad and chicken
S:  sf fudge pop
