STicking to the Basics - Monday
Good Morning All -
I am thinking of doing a "modified 5 day pouch test" next week if anyone would like to join me - carbs are taking back too strong a role in my life.
B" lite english muffin with light cream cheese
S: jello
L: have to order something for take out - maybe a salad
S: chocolate pudding
D: something with leftover chicken
S: jello or pudding, maybe an ice pop
