****Saturday Roll Call****

Good Morning PA and friends,
I have been AWOL for a while for some good reasons, and I thought I would drop in and say, "Hey."  I finished the one phase of my group program and will be only attending group once a week, instead of three times a week.  I was out in Michigan a couple of weeks ago, and got to see the Munchkin.  Facebook friends can check out her pics.  Most recently, I developed a wicked case of tendonitis in my right foot and must wear a God-awful boot around.

Saturday has me attempting some tidying and cleaning around here.  I will also be attending my AA meeting, and then heading up to my therapy appointment.  I enjoy the ride in nice weather.

In the evening, I will be attending a craft night at my church.  Must finish another baby poncho.

Have a great day.

Hugs,
Trish

Good morning........

Trish, glad to see you back. I was wondering about you the other day and how your sinus issues were. I know you were battling with it and it was making you miserable. Hope that is going much better and glad you got to see your little girl. You have another coming this summer, right?

As for me? I am up in the middle of the night because a cold has decided to invade me. I can't breathe, I am hacking and there's really not anything I can take at the moment. I would love nothing more than to guzzle some nyquil and sleep away.....LOL.

Today will be just staying at home ALL day. Not leaving the house as I have to do a 24 hour urine so saving EVERY ounce of urine will keep me home bound....LOL. So kids and I will do a few things around the house this morning and then probably go outside for the afternoon and enjoy the weather.

Hope everyone has a wonderful day!

When life hands you lemons, ask for tequila & salt and give me a call!

Good Morning,
Yes, I did have my sinus surgery exactly two months ago.  I am currently working on my second post-op infection.  I also have some bad tendonitis in one of my feet.  As my Munchkin would say, "Owie!!!"  My granddaughter will be getting a baby brother in August.

I am sorry you have a cold.  I would be absolutely miserable without my sinus meds at the moment.  I have never had to collect 24 hours of urine.  Not sure how big the container would be, given how much I go...LOL

Try to get some rest.  How many more days till your new arrival?

Hugs,
Trish

I am expecting him any day now. I have a little over 2 weeks, but am dialated 4 cm, having sporatic contractions, etc. Just "feeling" like it could be soon. I hope so! LOL

New avatar again?!  You look like someone off of TV or something like that!  Nice!

Trish,

Good to see you!  Hope to see you more!  Although we all totally understand very good reasons.  And your new avatar is great with the munchkin...who is not such a munchkin anymore!

I hope your "owie" feels better soon!

Todays agenda is the first of 3 days off for me once I leave work.  yay!  I am stopping at the grocery store for just a few things...going home.  I am prepping some things for dinner and then probably taking a short nap.

Hubby wants to do some work on the cars so we'll probably do that when I get up.  We were supposed to have friends over tonight for dinner...but not sure they are coming...right now it doesn't sound like they are....so we'll just have dinner together.

Most of the day will spent outside with the cars...and maybe I can convince hubby to walk to Rita's with me for a sf ice in the afternoon or even after dinner.

Have a great day everyone!

Pam

Hi Pam,
It is good to be back here.  Yes, Isabel is becoming quite the big girl, and has the sassy two year old attitude, which her parents are nipping in the bud as much as possible.  I will have to try to get some of her pics posted soon.

Have a nice few days off.  I appreciate the weekends more and more as the school year winds down and the weather warms up.

Hugs,
Trish

Mornin all,

This morning is my Saturday support group meeting.  I know I will have people coming and I am excited.  So hopefully, with today being such good weather, it will be a grand day!

Good morning Trish and PA friends.. nice to see you again Trish!

Today has me going to synagogue where I will be chanting the Haftorah (part of the service) for the first time since before the surgery.  I am not really nervous, as I am confident in my ability.  This one is just kind of long and I was just asked to do it on Wednesday so I have not had much chance to look at it.  I'll be fine and there are only a few people in the congregation who would know if I messed up a few notes anyway. LOL!!

After synagogue, I think Siehara is going to have a play date.  I am going to the gym for at least an hour whether she is here or not.  They have a play area she can go in if she is with me.  After the gym, I'll come home and shower and hope to get a phone call from an old friend who is in town for the weekend from Maryland.  I would like to see him for a least a little bit, if not longer if possible.  I think everything will depend on how long Siehara's play date lasts.  Sometimes, she ends up sleeping overnight.  That would be awesome, because then I could go "OUT" tonight!

Other than that, nothing much going on.  I will try to get outside and enjoy the day.  Maybe Siehara and I will go walking together if there is time before or after her play date.

Good Morning!!

Trish--So glad to see you back!!! Your munchkin looks adorable!!! You are so lucky!  But I am sorry to hear you are not feeling too well and that now your foot is giving you problems I hope all will work out and heal up soon!!!  I'll keep you in my prayers!!

As for me today--we are waiting for a delivery of a large chest freezer.  Hubby wants to buy 80 lbs of chicken and a side of beef and store it in the freezer.  Economically it will be the smart money saving move in the long run this year so yay...on the other hand I really wanted to take the money and buy a new bedroom or living room set!! Sigh.....next time I suppose! :-)

Then we are driving to the butcher to buy the meats and then we will not have to buy any chicken or beef for a year...after that we will probally head out to the park with the dog and walk the trail.  It is very pretty walking along the river and my Peanut just adores running back and forth on his looooooooong leash!!

After that I will go to Church and then food shop and tonight it is all about relaxing out on the porch with some freshly brewed ice tea!!

It is not an exciting life I know but I am content!! Hope everyone enjoys this fantastically glorious Saturday!!

Much luv!!
Laura
