BARIX POST - OP THIS WEDNESDAY

That's right this week we have back to back support with the Barix Pre-Op meeting with Susan leading on Tuesday and the Barix Post-Op meeting with me on Wednesday. Two nights at 7PM in the lobby at Barix Clinics in Langhorne. April seems to be a popular month for many of our post-ops so be sure to stop by and hear about the triumphs we'll share and help us with the obstacles we all face as Lap-Banders and RNYers.

Hey "Big D," I will be there!  I am looking forward to it since I have missed the last couple of meetings both on the 1st Saturday and the 3rd Wednesday.  I need to be there for sure . . . I have logged a few extra pounds BUT the good new is that I have returned to the gym and am loving it!  See you then D.

Hey Pam!  I'm doing fine just busy as all get out.  However, I let carbs get the better of me over the holidays and instead of having that 4 to 8 pound back and forth shift in my weight Ihave added about 8 to 12 pounds and wasn't shifting back down until now.  I started back up at a gym and I am loving it!  I really missed the gym.  We finally got a Planet Fitness around here so I drive to Astoria to go.  I can afford it both the cost and the drive.  Hugs back at ya!

I will not be there tonight, I wish I was though. I made a commitment earlier in the month not realizing the 3rd Wednesday was smack dab in the middle of the month. I though I would be able to do both and I feel guilty cancelling the other thing.

Yeah that's right, I said it, I don't mind cancelling on you guys - you're family. LOL
