Intro and questions

Hi!  I'm Jessica, from East Stroudsburg, PA.  I am new to OH, just got my tentative surgery date today, July 14.

I amwondering if anyone here had their surgery at Lehigh Valley Hospital, and what their experience was.

I am having surgery at Pennsylvania hospital, so can't really help with LVH, but know it has a good reputation. :)

hello jess i had my surgery at  lvh  dr boorse dd mine jun  of 08 was the best thing  you will be in great hands at that hospital they also have support meetings there monthly next one is april 29th at 6pm  call 610/402/care  to register

 ps also lizz's cooking class is awesome  try it sometimes  pre op or post op  u will learn a bunch

As far as LVH is concerned - I did not have surgery there.  However - I do happen to work in the ER and can tell you (and seriously NOT biased here....it's just my observation) the customer satisfaction in almost every department is very high and a lot of people have a LOT of good experiences there!

Thanks for the welcome, everyone.  I appreciate it.  And the good words about LVH.  It helps.

I had my surgery at Westfield which is near LVH.  But, I've heard lots of good things about the program at LVH.  I also live nearby, so if you are looking for an angel/visitor let me know.  I would be happy to come visit and report back to the group on your progress!
