Hi Liz - Yesterday was a horrible food day for me most of the day since I felt lousy and ate when the urge hit. Today will be much better.

Here it is! Haven't had much of an appetite lately and I really need to get to the grocery store, but when food doesn't look appealing, you tend to not buy anything and that doesn't help with the empty fridge!
