S: ricotta with splenda and cinnamon
L antipasto salad with balsamic vinigarette
S: chocolate pudding
D: not really sure... maybe scrambled eggs
S: protein shake or pudding

What's on your plate for today??

Hi Liz - Yesterday was a horrible food day for me most of the day since I felt lousy and ate when the urge hit. Today will be much better.

B: Sausage & egg burrito
S: Banana
L: Turkey & cheese on ww tortilla; sf pudding
S: Cottage cheese
D: Pc of filet mignon; asparagus; crab meat (leftovers from Sunday - I don't cook like that!)

B:  oat bran cereal, greek yogurt, nuts and blueberries
S:  8 oz. n/f milk with s/f, decaf vanilla cafe and hazelnut syrup (s/f)
L:  Salsa Chicken Pizza on a pita
S:  Protein bar
D:  Salad, egg cups
S:  Fudgesicle

B:  protein bar
S:  live active cheese
L:  chobani w/ banana
S:  muscle milk light
D:  not sure yet...maybe ricotta w/ spaghetti sauce and ff mozarella
S:  apple w/ pb2

 Im about 7.5 months out.

B: 100 cal bagel with FF cream cheese
S:  Yogurt with a pretzel
L: hard boiled egg and slice of cheese
S: Frozen grapes  and yogurt
D: Steak, baked taters, green beans
S: Probably my choc covered strawberries

Here it is!  Haven't had much of an appetite lately and I really need to get to the grocery store, but when food doesn't look appealing, you tend to not buy anything and that doesn't help with the empty fridge!

B: bagle with lite cream cheese
L: soup
S: cottage cheese
D: turkey burger and some kind of veggie from the freezer
S: fudge pop

Hi all 2 1/2 years out

B- WC Oatmeal
Coffee

L- 1 can of white albacore tuna with a little mayo

S- Bannana and Protein shake

D- WW frozen meal of some kind
string cheese

S- Greek Yogurt with SF preserves
