Good Morning to you all..........

I am at work till 3:30 then WOO HOO! It's the weekend. Yay! Tonight will just be a relaxing evening. We will make dinner, do a few odds and ends. Nothing exciting. Just chilling at home. Johnny did a fabulous job of grocery shopping for me last night so we are stocked full of yummy food for the week, and I love forward to cooking.

My oldest son wants to spend the night at my mom's tonight so other than maybe dropping him off there........I am going to be in my jammies early and hanging out at home!

Good Morning - How did your meeting go last night?! Did you get to go?

Didn't get to go. Riley was not feeling good. Had a fever, so I headed home to tend to her. My friend went and said the speaker was awesome and she took notes for me. He speaks again in York next month, so if Jantzen is still "in utero" for that meeting, I may try to head over........LOL

Good morning all - I am so glad its Friday - I'm not in the best of spirits today - its my TOM and I am so over this whole thing - 40 years of this - when will it end?! This is miserable - cramps, back ache, blech feelings - ugh.

OK - enough whining...

I'm at work - hubby is at work. Tonight we're going to a little wine & cheese 'welcome spring' fling at our neighborhood clubhouse and I'm looking forward to that - maybe meet some new neighbors and have a few sips of wine with some old ones.

Tomorrow we're going to a friends house for the day after we pick up our new glasses - can't wait - my script has changed and so has hubby's so we're both looking forward to seeing better again. Sunday will be laundry and cleaning - woo-hoo!

Well, come on spring - there was SNOW in my area this morning - what is that all about!!

I am a teacher too (11th grade English), and I wish I could breathe a sigh of relief, but we are not finished until MONDAY.  The district just had to prolong our torture for one more day!  Sheesh!

 We were originally going to give tests 3 and 4 on the same day, but our kids and the staff were too fried to cram them in one day.  We have test 6 on Monday too.  I am just so tired of losing my prep period.

I teach in Allentown, PA.  I actually did my student teaching at GAMP in South Philly.  I did long term subbing at Mastery in West Philly, too.  Allentown is "urban", too, but they pay me more than I would get in Philly! :) 

I will send happy vibes your way on Monday.  The PSSA is stress for everyone!
