I"ve got to get to GOAL
You'll get no argument from me Greg- like I said, there's a fine line between holding yourself accountable and setting yourself up for failure.
However, there's an equally fine line between being satisfied where you are and NOT holding yourself accountable.
It's a sticky wicket we all have to deal with for the rest of our lives.

Okay, here's my 2 cents worth. Remember when I came to your house and told you about the carb limit, well now is the time to use it. Don't let your carbs exceed your fat limit for the day. Change your routine everyday in the way of food. When you are this far out from surgery, it is extremely difficult to make the scale do what you want. But, your body will respond to CHANGE. Keep this in mind as you reach for Potato, Rice, Bread, Pasta ... avoid white carbs at all cost. Keep your carbs down to below 40 and change the type of foods you are eating daily. Always take in a variety of green leafy veggies and various proteins. Avoid oatmeals, pretzels, any kind of chip (even soy) and watch the scale move again.
