Cooking Class / Support Group 3/21!

As we have done in months past we will be gathering for an afternoon of food, fun and support. I promise that you won't leave hungry for food or information!

Saturday March 21st 2009
noon - ????

65 Raubsville Road
Easton, PA 18042

cell  - 610-462-1204 (for those of you with my home number it is going to be changing this week - I'll post the new one, in the mean time it is better to get me on my cell!)

We will focus on recipes that are healthy and satisfying. If you have any food item that you miss since your sugery and would like to see made WLS friendly let me know! I LOVE a challenge!! We will try to adapt some Easter / Passover favorites!

If any of our Jewish members can help me out with some traditional Passover foods I would appreciate it! I know the basics of cooking Kosher (no meat and dairy, no pork or seafood) but would appreciate something beyond the basics so that I can help you!

We do ask for a small donation to help cover expenses - or you can bring an item - things that we are always in need of on cooking class days - plastic forks, sandwich sized paper plates, crystal light drink mixes (individual sizes), zip lock bags (sandwich/quart size).

Thanks all!!! You can PM me, e-mail or post with any questions or comments!

I really want to come. I'm trying to drag Tanya with me since I have no clue where I'm going...lol. I guess you live near the Crayola Factory. Thank God for GPS. I will let you know by Friday if I can come. It would be great to meet you all!

Yay!!! Love to meet you too!!
I am about 5 miles from teh Crayola factory - fairly easy to get to from 78 ( I think that is how you would come out!) The GPS usually does really well getting to my house. I am right on the corner of Raubsville Rd & Flafair Rd. It is a pink house (yep I said Pink!) You can park anywhere on my grass, near the pink garage (yep - that too! lol) or all over the front yard - I have a crabby back neighbor.

If you can give notice fine - if not it'll be a great surprise!!
