How do you become a member of a forum

Hi! I am some what new to this site and I want to become am member of the PA WLS Form....do I just have to post to become a member?    I'd like to meet people on here that are local and speak to them about their experience pre op and post op surgery. I am in the final steps of the pre op to surgery. :) Can't wait for that surgery date!!!!!!!

Just start posting away!!!  Everyone here is very nice!  You'll get a lot of info from all angles!! Good luck with your pre op stuff!  Hoping you get a date PDQ!!!!

I see you are from Bensalem. I had a Balloon & candle store on Street rd. between hulmeville & knights rd, but I semi-retired in June.

You are here! You are now a member. Welcome to what I have  found to be the best group of people for support that you will find.  I am now less than 2  weeks  from my RNY and have gained so much useful knowledge from these people.  They will give you advice  on everything you need and sometimes what you don't need.  They will pick you up when you are feeling down and kick you in the arse if you need it, too.   Welcome!!!  Enjoy the ride!

There's no initiation or forms to fill out or board members to "allow you in". LOL. 

Just join in conversations, post when you feel you want to. It's open to everyone.

Welcome! And when you posted you became a member! Its that easy - and this is an awesome place for support, information, guidance and friendship. I was so happy when I found this forum - there is rarely any dissention on this board - there may be some opposing opinions at times, but that's about as far as it goes.

Sounds like you're just beginning your journey? Its so exciting, isn't it?! There is so much experience out here for people to share with you, and trust me, no question or post is too sensitive for this crowd!
