***Tuesday Roll Call***

Good Morning All!  Well the mayhem finally slowed down....it's 4am...so the 6am mayhem will be on our tails in no time.  You know it's busy when managers buy pizza for the entire department for no other reason than to suddenly say "you are doing a good job, thanks"  At one point we had about 25 people in the waiting room...no exaggeration there....

Anyhow...hubby had the house just about spotless when I got home from jersey.  I'm sure there's an alterior motive there, but that's ok too (actually...he loves to clean....so I shouldn't say that)...so today all I have to do is the litter boxes and laundry.  The laundry is gonna be the PIA...I still have some in the basket (clean, just not put away...I told you I have that problem with the laundry) because I procrastinate finishing it in it's entirety.

I also have to figure out something for dinner....and go through the mail and try to get tax stuff in order.

I'll try to take a nap when I first get home, be up around noon, and tackle the day from there.  We'll see how that plan works.

Good morning all. Today has me at work. Nothing new there. I will be getting my taxes done this afternoon then head home. Nothing too much to do tonight. We will probably just eat left overs, then watch a movie or something. I am not up to doing too much theese days. When you waddle like a duck, have swollen ankles, and run to the toilet to pee every 10 minutes, you tend to want to lay low and just hang at home! LOL

Whew, 3 more months to go! LOL

When life hands you lemons, ask for tequila & salt and give me a call!

Pam, you must have the never-ending load of laundry!! Girl, I do mine all in one day - Sunday as a rule. 3-4 loads and its done and put away for the week. And now you have your own washer/dryer! Get to it, lady - LOL!!

As for me I'm at work today but not sure how long - weather is supposed to get ugly this afternoon so if that happens hubby and I will be hitting the road for home. We have a 30 mile commute and its not a pleasant one so I'm not hanging around til it gets dark or worse. But we'll see how it goes.

Nothing new on my agenda today - probably be another quiet one...stay safe, everyone...

Kathy,

This being able to do laundry in my own home is kind of new to me.  I used to spend about one day every 2-3 weeks doing laundry at my moms for about 8 hours.  Now I have the "luxury" of doing just a load or two at a time...and I LOVE it that way, although I don't get to put it away because I'm just retarded!

I don't have many uniforms for work yet because I had to buy all new ones for the new job and I just couldn't afford it - so I always have uniforms to wash....and I'm a sock weirdo who changes her socks at least 2 times a day if not more.   And like I said...brian likes to clean....so there's always a load of dishrags/dusting towels that he has gone through.....

So really...when I say I'm doing wash...I'm probably only doing one or two loads each time....it's not very much....

Pam---He LOVES to clean?? NICE.

I am bombarded by work all around me, but I'm in a great mood. The scale is a movin'! Funny how that has an effect on us, isn't it.

Hi All,

Today is the first day I am off due to my hours being cut back. I'm off to the gym this morning then home to putter around the house. I'm going to try to cut myself some slack and enjoy the time off for a while. Today I'll also start the online process of filing for unemployment.

Wishing everyone a great day.

Happy Tuesday! I am still basking in the glory of the knowledge of my approval..  can you say permagrin?

Today has me working, again.  I will be checking out a rental over my lunch break.  After work, making dinner and then going over to the synagogue to help cook for the lunch after services for this Saturday.   I even supplied a broccoli cheddar quiche recipe that I got from the South Beach phase 1 book so I can eat something yummy!   We are also making a veggie/lentil salad thing that I safe.  I think it is, but I have to check out the ingredients again to be sure.  It's nice to be on the menu planning/cooking committee so I can incorporate things that I can eat! There are a few post  ops there who will also appreciate the high protein stuff!

Sometime today I will get my time for my endoscopy that I am going for tomorrow.  One more step in the right direction.   I think that is the last thing I have to do before 2/23!!

Have a great day, hopefully this snow won't be too bad today.

Good Morning ALl - WEll I am home sick today - had to leave work in a rather speedy fashion yestery around 3 (instead of 4) almost felt like I was dumping but I hadn't had anything that would cause that. I had the cold sweats, shakes, vomiting - NOT fun, so I can home - happened again in the middle of the night and early this morning. (NO I'm not pregnant - although Chris keeps asking! lol). SO I decided that a day in bed would be what the Dr ordered so here I am. I am about ready to get up (yes I know it is 11:30 and I have been in bed since 8pm) and eat soomething if I can. A perfectly non-exciting day in my book!

Liz

PS be careful if you are out there driving around!

Well I just looked outside and its snowing. Pam I wish I could get George to clean I think I'd die from the shock if he did! He seems to think he shouldn't do squat here. I have to run up and down the stairs as my laundry room is in the basement with no heat, God I so love this house! Do you think Brian can talk to George? Only kidding. I went riding on my horse yesterday and Sunday figuring we were going to get this snow. I am glad I did although he would be good while it was snowing. I've ridden him in the snow but I have too much to do today. Laundry is like rabbits I swear I wonder where it all comes from. I have to get my tax stuff together and try to do it this Saturday. Sure we all can use the refund.  I don't think I've ever seen this economy this bad! Hopefully it breaks soon.
