Liz, you are an inspiration!  I am also a PCOS'er and it's so good to hear from others that the weight loss has brought you relief from the awful PCOS.  Thanks for sharing this reflection with us.  I love to cook, too, and I *will* make it up to your cooking class one of these months -- hopefully soon!

Liz,
WOW! What a journey this has been for you! You continue to inspire me and a lot of people on these boards. Your generosity is famous for opening you home to share your WLS friendly receipes with everyone. One of these days I will make it up to your house, I promise.

I hope your surgiversary is a good one. Take Care:)

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

Hi Liz!

My apologies for being a little late with the well wishes. You know I love you and I would never forget about you intentionally.

I haven't been a part of the family for that long so I really enjoyed reading about how far you've come in the last 2 years. After reading your post, all I can say is wow!! You have accomplished so much since you began this journey and you're an inspiration for many including me. You have such a wonderful and positive outlook on everything and I really admire you for that.

Congratulations!!! I wish you all the best and even more success as you continue on your journey!

Big hugs for you my friend!!!

Soooooo Sorry I'm late, congratulations on this milestone in the journey.  You are an incredible person and will make an incredible Mom oneday.  Hope to make it to your cooking meetings one day. Unfortunately, it will have to be after my Mom passes away.  I am full time caregiver on the weekends.  Any whoo, keep up the spirit and enjoy the journey.

Some days your the dog and some days your the hydrant.
