B2B Thursday Edition
Goo dMorning All! I am edging closer and closer to that 2 year out mark. Here is the plan although haphazard because I woke up late this mornnig! I need to get my act together! lol
B: egg sandwich on whole grain english muffin
S: hilo cereal with a banana
L: salad with grilled chicken and feta
S: cheese and a few pumpernickel pretzels
D: not sure - I'll pick up something at Wegman's
S: s/f pudding
starting the day with 24 oz of decaf hazelnut coffee with skim milk and splenda then it is on to water for the rest of the day.
What's your plan?

Morning Liz - did pretty good sticking to my plan yesterday and hope to do the same today, but my tummy has been acting up this morning so I'm not sure what I'll be eating today - but if I feel up to it here is the plan...
B: 2 c 1% milk
S: Banana
L: Not sure yet
S: Cottage cheese or string cheese
D: Taco salad (home made)
S: protein shake or bar so I get my protein in for the day
E: Bike - at least 40 minutes
I did go home last night and changed, took my make-up off and got right on my bike - rode for 39 minutes and went 8.3 miles - felt great! Mixed it up with speed and tension so I had a good cardio work-out - was nasty sweaty by the time I was done. So that is my plan for tonight as well - go home, change right into my workout clothes and get on the bike - the guys can have a snack til I'm done and dinner is made - dinner won't take long - just cooking up the ground beef for the taco salad and getting the lettuce ready, etc.
Also finally got the serial number off my treadmill so now I can contact Proform and see if they can send someone out to do some maintenance on it - I miss my t'mill!

When I got up I had hi lo cereal w/ milk

I really felt crappy by then and went to bed....
Didn't eat anything until work when I had 2 cheesesticks and 4 saltines
Then my ricotta cheese w/ splenda and cinnamon
And then my yogurt.
Of course when I packed my food I didn't feel well and didn't want almost ANYTHING to eat, hence why I packed so "lightly" Now I'm starving.
I think there will be graham crackers and PB in my future....
