Tuesday Workout

So, here's the thing.....I go to the gym 6 days a week and workout pretty hard while I am there.....and then I leave it there. But, today I had a HUGE victory this morning...I can remember 2 months ago at a pre-op Saturday meeting telling everyone that I was having a horrible time trying to get myslef on the elliptical, I couldn't even do 2 minutes.....well, today I did 30 minutes on level 10 and it felt GREAT, I was then still able to do my treadmill workout and upper body lifting, I am amazed at how good I feel...Hope everyone has a great day....

See what happens when your workout partner is stuck in bed with a balky back?  LOL  ;-)  You don't have to worry about anyone else but yourself, you workout at your own pace, you get lost in the music and you wind up having a great workout!  Maybe I'll stay in bed again tomorrow just to push you to do more.  LMAO

Congratulations on your victory this morning.  You truly deserve it... and I know because I've witnessed the progress firsthand.  You should be extremely proud of yourself.  :-)

Good deal. Congrats on impriving!

I did 45 minutes on the treadmill, which wasn't as bad as it was yesterday, and I started right on incline 10, which took me up to 765 calories burned.

No weights today, but I'll do push-ups and sit-ups tonight.

lots of stretching today - maybe yoga since I am off from school and then crunches and pushups during commercials tonight

That's awesome, Katie!!  Good for you!

I have my sparring class, which has turned out to be quite the workout!  If the snow hasn't started, and the roads are still OK, I will hit the gym afterwards for cardio and some weight training.
