I didn't see this post this morning, so I decided to get it started for Liz.
What is everyone eating today??
B: Special K protein cereal with skim
S: Protein shake and cheese stick
L: Tuna, cucumbers, lite mayo on Ezekiel bread, root veggie "chips", dried apple
S: sf pudding
D: roasted veggies, turkey burger on wrap with cheese
S: cheese on triscuts
E: Karate/sparring class for at least an hour...usually runs longer.

Thanks HG! Got my labs done for Dr Brader this morning so I am in later then usual. Oh and I was instructed to eat extra today to help rebuild the blood that they took so here is the plan at just under 2 years out

Morning!! Here's the game plan at 15 mos out...
B: 2 cheesesticks
S: Ricotta Cheese
L: Ham and cheese w/ lettuce and mayo on sandwich crisp
S: Greek Yogurt
After that I will be home for the day, napping, and up for the rest of the day as it's my night off. I'll figure the rest of it out tomorrow.

L: Salad w/hb egg, turkey, cheese; maybe sf pudding if I have room

D: Green beans, ham and potatoes

Last night didn't get on the bike but did take the dog for a good walk.
