whats for breakfast?

I'm having the special K with raisins and 1% milk and then a protein shake before going into work and haven't figured out dinner yet.

I had 1/4 cup low fat Cottage Cheese mixed up with some PB2 (Amazing btw) and a bunch of Splenda.  I figure it has about 60 calories and 9 ish grams protein. It is like eating Peanut Butter for Breakfast. This concoction keeps me from spooning PB out of the jar like  used to.
