Anything 2 grams or less shouldn't bother you, but we're all different after surgery so I would take it easy with it at first just to make sure it doesn't make you dump. Don't know if it offers any nutritional value? But if it helps you get fluids in then its a good thing.

It never bothered me. Just remember after surgery if you are going to try something new , do it at home , incase it doesn't agree with you.

I drink Propel religiously in the gym every morning while working out and it has yet to bother me.  :-)

Good luck with your surgery!

If you look at the bottle of Propel it is 2gm of sugar per serving, each bottle is 2 servings which equals 4gm of sugar.  I have drank it on numerous occassions and have never had a problem witth it.  But as others said, if you are trying ANYTHING new, even something like water, do it at home first and take it really really slow just to see how you react to it.  Also some people find after surgery the flavored drinks including propel and things like crystal lite are to sweet, or strong for them....so don't be surprised if you need to dilute it at least for a little while.

Good luck can't wait to follow your journey with you!

I tried Crystal Light, Pure Life, Fruit2O and Propel is the only one I really like.  It may have a little sugar and a few calories, but it does have a few vitamins and is certainly better than getting inadequate fluid.
