I will have to see if I can find that magazine.  Is it sold in the grocery stores?

 Hi HG!

It is intersting you should say that because I have had somethign similar happen.  I cannot seem to eat any type of meats, veggies, fruits etc that are not organic.  If I do, I just get real sick as if I have eatten sugar or somethign fatty.    Even those laughin cow squares and triangles do not go down as nicely as they used to.  I spend my grocery days in TJs and have decided to go to whole foods.  It seems like I have to eat natural.

I have honestly thought that things with artificial ingredients have made me sick for the past several months.  I actually like that.

I'm curious how long this will last for you.

Interesting!  Too bad organic is so expensive.  I am eating organic where I can, but I can't afford to go completely organic.

I haven't been to whole foods in a while, I may head up there the next time I need groceries.

I know when I am 'behaving' I have much less "want" for food.  The triggers are far less and so is the demon cravings.  Interesting about the "clean" food and all the relationships with food all of you are coming to in some way or another.  It obviously makes some sort of difference.

Enjoy not being hungry for a little while - just make sure you get your nutrition in and remember - this may cause a stall if only temporary due to the body figuring out it's not getting what it used to.

I can't stall any more than I have been.  I haven't been able to lose a pound since last June.  It's frustrating.

Hey HG,
Believe me, it's the lack of triggers causing you to feel this way now.  Take it from someone who eats consistently low carbs, no sugar, blah, blah, blah.  I really don't have an urge to eat PERIOD because I only eat for fuel.  Move toward the basics like the protein shakes and dense nutrients and stay there.  You'll find that you're energy will continue to go up along with your resistance to illness.  If I am traveling and start to eat crap, I start to crave crap and start to feel like it.  Embrace the health you have found and run with it!

I wish I had this problem

I hope it's just a nice little temporary situation and not that you're getting sick.
