Good Morning All!! I am just about 2 years out and here is the rough plan
B: oatmeal custard
S: cheese and a few pumpernickel pretzels
L: I'll have to pick something up - maybe a salad
S: fage
D: leftover steak and spinach
S: s/f chocolate chip cookie that I made yesterday
Lots of water and decaf tea - I'm freezing so probably LOTS of tea!
What are your plans for today?

B: Matrix Protein Shake
S: Orange
L: Salad w/turkey & cheese; grapes
S: Banana w/sf pudding
D: Breakfast casserole (eggs, cheese, bacon); pc sausage
S: ???
E: Bike
Had my sf Swiss Miss w/decaf coffee this morning - now its on to water the rest of the day.

Good morning all! I am rather proud of myself...I have been doing a great job with my eating and really trying to eat as close to "clean" as I can.
B: greek yogurt with an apple
S: Cheese stick
L: Salad with grilled chicken. Roasted veggies.

D: Tuna on Ezekiel bread, roasted veggies
S: Cheese on Triscuts
E: Karate
Lots of decaf coffee...I too am freezing!!

My weight is bouncing all over the place lately and it's starting to really bother me. I was retaining water the other week - that went away (never got my friend, though...and thus far all tests are negative...so go figure that one....) and now after vacation, although I kept my eating basically the same as it always is with the exception of some extra carbs, I'm up to 134 which is just ridiculous!! I'm being VERY cautious this week and I'll see what happens.

Before work: Hi Lo Cereal
At work: 2 cheesesticks, greek yogurt, and maybe ricotta cheese
On the way home from work I'll pick up some stuff for salad makings and have a salad with meat on it a few times this week as well.
And I'm upping my fluids until I come close to drowning....

Good morning all! Hope you had a great weekend. I did pretty good while travelling, but because I always retain while travelling, I'm not getting on the scale for a few days!
Not sure why, but at 3 1/2 years out, I seem to eat ALOT more than most of you, but since I am doing ok, and still losing, though slowly, I guess I'm doing ok.

Not feeling too hot today so I have no real appetite. That is weird for me.
B- Had some highlow cerreal. I found at Giant. It is not bad if you are craving some cereal.
Water with lemon

L- Probably some tuna and spring mix salad. If i eat
D- Chicken Soup again may not feel like it
maybe a chai latte
