Sick again...or still...and so frustrated!!!

I am becoming so frustrated with my health!  I want to exercise, but can't do it consistently, with the way I am feeling!  I had an asthma attack a couple nights ago, but that's not even the half of it!  I have had a sore throat for 11 day straight now.  I'm drinking loads of water and my mouth and eyes are bone dry.  Even my tongue has been sore!  I've got this dry, hacking cough.  Low-grade fever comes and goes, as it has for fg months now!  My balance is off a bit, dizziness comes and goes, along with sweats.  Back aches, muscle and joint aches, headaches.

I love to exercise and to feel good.  I really want to.  I try when I can.  I feel like a big fat WIMP!

ok...whine over...for now...

I am so sorry you are feeling so badly. I hope you have been to the doctor's (I may have missed that from a previous post). Hang in there and please let everyone know how you are doing. Hoping you feel tip top really soon.

Half the people I work with have the same symptoms as you are describing.  It's been a bad season for flu-like symptoms.  I agree with the suggestion that you should see your doctor because it sounds like you are sick and need to get better before you try exercising.

Lisa I hope you feel better.  Not to be funny but sounds like you also have signs of either bronchittis or allergies also.  I also would suggest blood work,  Feel better soon and also don't try to do alot of exercising at one time build yourself up a little at a time. Take care.

Lisa,

You go ahead and whine all you want. Wanted to at least send you some {{{hugs}}} through all of this and hope your doctor gets to the bottom of this soon!

Thanks, Pam (and all).  The hugs are greatly appreciated.

Till I have insurance again, she can only treat the immediate problem, but at least that's something.  It's so frustrating to try to build up stamina with exercise, though, and have whatever this is just knock me down.  I can't exercise with the consistency needed...which makes it hard not to give in to comfort food cravings...it's kind of scary.
