OK So lately my flintstones and centrums have been making me nauseous (since I was so sick last week) is there anything that we can just swallow? I'll ask Dr Brader when I am out there in 2 weeks too. I am almost 2 years out

Thanks!

Hi Liz,
When I talked to Kristin, the nutritionist, she told me to try Viactiv Multi-Vitamin flavor glides.  They slide down without a problem.  She might have a sample to give you if you ask her about it.  I love them!

Thanks Beth! I am going to give them a try! Do you take 1 or 2 a day?

Thanks again!

Your welcome Liz.  I only take one.  Ask Kristin when you see her.  I am sure she will know what you will need to take.

Hi,

This is just me, but eating Flintstone vitamins makes me worried we would be getting full nutrition.  I take a chewable multivitamin and is specifically made for wls patients. Here is the link and its over on the right side.  Very tasty too.

Clueless about weight loss and weight loss surgery of any kind.

Hi Liz.  Dr. Boe recommended the Walmart Brand Multivitamin for Women was an excellent vitamin.  It goes under the name "Equate".  It's pretty big, but I have no problem taking it.  It just slides right down.  But it can be broken in half very easily if you have a problem.  I take two a day.

Liz, I didn't have a RNY (I'm a VSG'r), but I take CVS brand Multi-vit with iron tablets. There are 365 in a bottle for about $8-$9. They are about the size of a pencil eraser.  I have had problems with those "horse pill" vitamins, and don't have any problem with these going down.
