Norm's beefcake Thursday
I like the separate exercise thread on top of the B2B thread...so I thought I would keep it going. Didn't see one for today or yesterday.
"I am on a quest, to be my best." That is part of our opening routine at karate (for the life of me, i cant remember the rest....tisk tisk LOL), so I am steeling it for my every day life....which, I am sure they mean it to carry over in to our lives outside of training too.
Tonight, I will participate in an hour of sparring. It is a good workout and caused much sweat!! I think the gear plays a part in it, but as long as I am sweating, I am happy. My hip is still sore where it was kicked at least a dozen times on Tuesday night, so I guess I better work harder on my blocking moves!! Figures the gear doesnt cover the hip bone!!
What is everyone else doing??

I only did 30 minutes of cardio this morning because I was running late.
SEVERE TMI WARNING.
STOP HERE IF SQUEEMISH.
I was running late because I spent 15+ minutes on the can trying to push out a crap that I knew was there, but I had to fight out inch after miserable, agonizing inch.
Also, as a bonus, my ass was blown like a donut spare after 1,500 miles on the turnpike, and it was a wretchedly painful 30 minutes.
