Back to Basics - week 3!!

Good Morning All! I am happy to say that I got on the scale this morning and I am down a few pounds! It was at 191.5!!

Today's menu will include: (oh I am just about 2 years out)

B: egg sandwich from Starbucks on a whole grain english muffin
S: fage
L: lunchmeat and cheese roll ups few parmesan crackers
S: cheddar cheese and pretzels
D: not really sure, I have out some ground chicken and some leftovers from the weekend
S: s/f f/f pudding

No exercise today, I am too sore from all of the moving this weekend! I could barely get out of bed - I will do my exercises though for my back which are mostly stretching / yoga.

What are you up to today?

Good Morning Liz!  14 1/2 mos out....here's the plan:

B:  hi lo cereal w/ ff 1/2 and 1/2 (apparantly we are out of milk....but the ff 1/2 and 1/2 will work fine...)
S:  2 cheesesticks
L:  I might bring a piece of pizza Brian is ordering to work.  If not....it'll be a salad from Wawa with chicken
S:  Greek Yogurt
D:  Ricotta cheese (I know...odd...but I find myself not to terribly hungry by the time I get out of work and basically wanting to go to bed shortly there after so I'm trying something different and trying to eat light as my last meal...)

B:  cantaloupe with french vanilla organic yogurt and blueberries
S:  milk
L:  turkey with avocado, spinach, red onion, balsamic and evoo.
S:  apple or pear
D:  roasted eggplant parmigiana and a salad

Hi Liz and everybody - my weekend food was pretty good and I walked both days, rode my bike Saturday and yesterday busted my butt - I am down 3 lbs so I'm happy about that! Always good to see the scale moving DOWN.

I am one month shy of one year out and here is my plan for today...

B:  1/2 eng muffin, banana, cup 1% milk
S:  Apple and cheese
L:  Eggbeaters cheese omelet
S:  Nuts - 2oz
D:  Chili
S:  ????
E:  Bike

Hey guys!  As of yesterday morning, I am down 9 full lbs since Jan 1 !!!!   Yeah!! 

Today,

B  Protein Shake
S  protein bar or lunch meat with cream cheese
L  low fat chicken cordon bleu  YUMMY
S  Cheese sticks, S.K. crackers?
D  Leftover pork chops, sliced with gravy and a veg.
S  Nights are bad.. probably a few snacks

B:  Kashi-Go-Lean with raisins and skim milk
S:  Protein shake
L:  Tofurkey & cheese roll ups
S:  Hard boiled egg
D:  Lentil soup and hummus on whole wheat melba toast
S:  Low-carb/low sugar yogurt

Exercise today with be on the exercycle.
