contraceptive question?

That's what my doc told me too, and since I got pregnant last time on the pill, I didn't want to have to worry about that every month.  I would still like to have another kid, but I want to be able to make the choice this time when I'm ready.  Thanks for your help.

I use the Mirena IUD and in theory it's great. I suppose i'd have to be having sex to really love the damn thing.

The abnormal bleeding early on is normal for some women. I bled for like 3 months when i was on Depo and gained 50lbs. No thanks.

Apparently with the ring, you can take it out when having sex btw. It's very similar to the Mirena IUD in that it releases localized hormones.
