as of today i started a food journel so i know everything i put in my mouth,i need it for me cause this jorney sure gets challeneging at time
So my question is since iam counting calories i dont know how to add up my dinner iam having roast beef on my bread which i know is 45 per slice but dont know how to count the roast beef

You can go to fitday.com and it will tell you all the specs - you just put in the amount and how you are making it.

nutridiary.com is a good place to get nutritional values as well.

sparkpeople.com also has ways to calculate nutritional info...
