This was definitely too close to home...I am literally 4 houses away from that pharmacy across the street...it was not fun! But it is over and I am much calmer now..thanks!

Oh wow! That's my parish!! What grade do you teach at SMT? ...I teach in a catholic school too but we are much smaller than SMT.
But yeah things are def calmer now and thank goodness our neighbor is a retired police officer so he always knows what is happening and who to call if we ever need it!

Hi neighbor!
I am the Title I reading specialist, so I am a public school teacher assigned to SMT. I love it.
I work with K-3, the 6 lowest kids (in reading) in each class, so I do small group intervention/instruction every day. It is a great job! This is my 5th year there.
So I am 4 weeks post op tomorrow. last week was my first week back to work and it was fine.
I can't wait to see my dr's scale (mine isn't great) because my clothes are all baggy already. I am psyched!
Basically I'm doing well with probably some over amounts of soup and yogurt - so I need to concentrate on taking in right amounts. It is hard to keep liquids and time to eat on a schedule, but every day gets a little easier.
When was your surgery? I went to Crozer Chester MC because my preimary doc is there (I live in Havertown, Delaware County) and I think I have great care from the doc, team and hospital.
DO you go to support groups? If so, where?
