Is the diabetisweet sugar like Splenda or is it like Stevia?

I can't have Splenda...sucralose makes me sick, and aspartame sometimes gives me really bad migraines.

Karrie -you are in luck then! it is Isomalt, a byproduct of sugar that has no glycemic response. it works EXACTLY like sugar, it even caramelizes!! I get it at www.viatcost.com and so far that seems to be the cheapest.

I have these in the oven now... I think I am going to make a cream cheese icing for these hehehe...
