I was going to try the cereal this a.m. but noticed on the sugar it had 14 grams of sugar...I don't know if that is safe or if I will dump on that much sugar. I thought I was supposed to stay at 7 grams or under per serving to avoid dumping issues. What do you think? Should I not try it? Any input would be appreciated!! Thanks!!

alright - me again, I found the original post and I can't read the label online - sorry I couldn't be of more help!! I Did find a great cereal that I love - It is by Nutritious Living, called Hi Lo and it comes in 2 flavors, Maple Pecan and Vanilla Almond There are 12 grams of protein and only 2 grams of sugar - it is made with Splenda.

I'm not sure I'll be able to help since I'm able to tolerate more sugar than what I've seen many here be able to or chose to. I've eaten things with up to 18 grams per serving and did not have a problem with it but then again, I've had foods with only 5 grams that almost killed me. You know how it is - everything and everyone is different.
Maybe you can try only half a package but if you're still leary about it then just pass on it..Don't take the chance. If you know of someone else who can use it, feel free to give it to them.
