I am so happy with my results. It was all so worth it. I got on the scale and it's now 100 pounds less than it was 5 1/2 months ago. I only have 31 more pounds or less until I get to goal. I'm still not sure what I want my goal to be. I'm 5'9 and am a size 12 now. I guess I'll find out when I get there.

Have a great weekend.

Tracy,

Congratulations on hitting the 100 lbs. lost mark.  That is an awesome accomplishment!  Your goal is clearly in sight and you seem to be intent on making sure you hit that goal, whatever you decide that it might be.  I would just caution you on using the term "FOREVER."   I don't want to burst your bubble... I just want to offer a friendly reminder not to let your guard down because you CAN put weight back on if you're not careful.  Remember, this is a marathon, not a sprint.  Enjoy the journey and continue to make the most of your tool!

Congratulations again and take care,

Mike

Great job Tracy!
Mikes words are priceless.  A marathin is a lifetime and I am very happy to hear that you are not sure where your goal is until you get there.  Success isn't reached until you hit your death bed.  Successing is the process for the REST of your life.  Goal weight is a wonderful piece of the puzzle.  Take the rest of your life to define who you are beyond the weight and your life will SOAR.  Congratulations!

thank you everyone. I know I am in this for the rest of my life. I did a lot of therapy with an awesome Dr who is also a registered dietitian and I think it make all the difference in the world. I know as long as my mind is being taken care of my body will follow. I know this about myself and I know that I will be working hard until the day I die. I found out a lot about myself during the journey that actually just started and I am so grateful for all the help I have available to me. This is a marathon and I just started the race.

thank you all!
