you have to prove medical necessity with documentation for about 6 months with your PCP, pictures of rashes and a letter from your PCP is even better.
I paid for my Abdominoplasty because I had to have a hysterectomy within a certain time frame and I wanted surgeries to be done at the same time so I only had to go thru this ordeal 1 x, so I was a self pay but I only had to pay Dr. Lam and 2 hrs extra anesthesia & 2 hrs extra O.R. because the hysterectomy paid the rest it was 5600.00.
I just saw DR. Lam today and scheduled my surgery for my inner thigh lift and a back lift that is totally cosmetic and I am having it done at Barix the cost is 8800.00,
it may sound like a lot of money & it is so I jut don't get a new car this year, look athow much we spend on new cars and then replace them every few years
