19 inches

Right before my surgery I think it was Pam that suggested for me to take my measurements.  My daughter wrote them down in a note book and she never showed me the orginal measurements.  I felt I couldnt face the truth of how fat I was.   She measured me about a month after surgery and then again today.  I'm two months out now.   I am still losing weight but I have stalls and it bothers me.  I try not to look at the scale every day.   I will tell you one thing.  I am soooooooooooooooooooooo happy I let her take my measurements.  As of today I've lost a total of 19 inches from surgery!  That makes the scale less of an issue right now.  I know I'm on track.

If you havent taken your measurements...... PLEASE DO!  It's exciting to see the changes.

I took mine the night before surgery and kept the paper on my nightstand, well my hubby was writing down messages and doesn' t remember what he did with the paper.

It sucks that he lost the paper but you should re-do it now.  Better late than never.  It will make you feel better when you hit those stalls to see some progress!

Woohooo you go girl!! That is amazing!

I was consistently doing my measurements every month after surgery and the results were amazing!! I wrote them all on my 2007 calendar and I can't find it now that we moved! SO MAD! I do have a few bins I have to go through and pray that it is in there!

Sorry you cant find your calendar.  I'll keep my fingers crossed that you find it.   I'm so happy I did this.  I'm also happy I took the pics at the beginning.  It's still really hard for me to let someone take my picture but its sure nice to see the changes.
