Someone brought in a HUGE bag of M&M's today.....all pink....too early for Valentines day....I thought the sugar fest was over.

Guess what...I haven't touched them....no desire to.  Haven't had sugar in 6 days....it's getting easier to NOT want it.  How long do "they" say it takes to get stuff out of your system?

Damn sugar.....I threw out all the other candy that was still sitting in the kitchen from recent days.

Sugar is the devil!

You don't need M&M'S anyways..     those things are the devil and taste like crap.

Sit by and watch everyone enlse enjoy them...   and getting fat. :)   That alone is satisfaction.

Woo Hoo ! you haven't eaten any!  Now if those evil little thingings start talking to you just ignore them. Chocolate is the devil  I have to admit sweet stuff is my biggest challange and once I start it is a major battle to get it under control again.

Spit in the bowl and say "pittoooey on you"

The pink M&Ms are probably a breast cancer awareness thing.  There are better things to advertise that with other than chocolate, however.  Perhaps a nice little pink ribbon pin on somebody's shirt.

Stupid M&Ms

Think about this is you really get the urge to dig into that bowl of M&M's...

Back in the 80's I worked in an office, much like I do now - on my desk I always kept a jar of M&M's (for everybody else - yeah, right...) - Anyway, I had a boss who had a very nasty habit of picking  his nose - yes, I said picking his nose - it was totally disgusting - he also ran his hands thru his hair which was always greasy and god only knows what else he did with those hands.

One day one of the girls went to stick her hand into the M&M jar and a co-worker said 'Hey, you realize that the nose-picker is always sticking his fingers in that jar, right?' - well, from that day forward NOBODY touched that jar of M&M's and when he finally emptied it I went to WRAPPED candy!!

So if you get the urge to dig in, remember the moral of this little story - before you dig into the M&M's someone else may have been digging into body orifices and then into the chocolates!!

Kathy,
That is the grossest and the funniest story I have heard in a long time. And, you are right, you never know where anyone's hands have been or when they were last washed. What a great story to keep in mind to turn all future trays of goodies into a grossout you wouldn't touch with a ten foot poll. Thanks for sharing!

I'm pretty sure you have cured me from eating ANYTHING ever again that has not been made by my own hands LOL   That was soooo gross!!!   "digging into body orifices!!"

Thanks Kathy...you are a saint!!

BTW...i didn't touch the M&M's....nor did I touch the huge box of chocolate covered cherries that appeared later....or the hershey kisses!!  Yay me!
