Curves
I wouldn't go to them... your body will adjust in about a month to the workout... you need to go to a real gym... where you can adjust the weights etc... I know a lot on here love planet fitness... I belong to Gold's Gym... Just find a gym that will meet your needs... like would you like water workouts more right now and then later more weights etc... do you want club that has workout classes/basketball courts/etc...
A lot of places right now will give you a free week... so test out a bunch of them... and have fun doing it...

Actually Curves is a real gym. The emphasis is on circuit training and getting cardio by getting your heart rate up and moving from machine to machine. The equipment was less then stellar but I heard most were upgrading.
Curves will work if you are motivated. There are many full service gyms that are pretty reasonable these days.
These are pics of the gym I owned in the 80`s. I bought all Nautilus.
