Cooking Class / Support Group - Liz's House!! Sat 1/17

OK so now that all of the holiday "indulgences" are coming to a close it is time to get back on track with high protein, low fat, low carb meals! OK so I am sure that we all did great through the holidays, I managed to stay away from the sugars and things that would make me sick - but I did eat more carbs then I should be.

So I digress! SATURDAY January 17th - noon until-??? we will meet to cook and support one another! What recipies would you like to see featured? What dishes would you like to be seen made WLS friendly? WE usually try and do a vegetarian dish, a "meat" dish and something for our sweet tooths!

I will be there with my spinach pizza and going ti attempt the broccoli pizza too that day for our Junior chef Jordan! 

I'll be there and am pretty sure that I will have a sitter.  If you want me to bring anything, let me know.  I am still in the learning stages of the high protein foods so am willing to learn!

My hubby is not a WLS patient and has liked about 99% of what we have cooked as well! And let me tell you he is SUPER picky!

Whew, I got excited when I saw the date of this months meeting. With the holidays over and knowing I had no plans and no kids that day............I thought Woo Hoo!

That was until I map quested your address!

Yikes. I didn't have any idea where Easton was, but a "2 and a half hour" drive one way is just not gonna happen...........

It sure would have been nice to come, meet some of you guys and get some fresh ideas. Hope you guys have a great time! Wi**** was closer!

AWw :( must say I have no idea where East Berlin is.... are you out Harrisburg way? I am alllllll the way over on the eastern tip of PA (if you stand in the middle of my street you can just about see NJ).

We'll have to figure out how to webcast one of the cooking classes!

Hey Liz,

I'll probably be there.  That's going to be a busy weekend, but I should be able to make it.  And if Beth is making her spinach pizza, I'll definitely try to be there.  Had it yesterday, and I don't even like spinach, and it was YUM-O!!!!

Karen ...Susan and the girls are going as well so maybe we can all do the car pool thing up there. I know you went alone last time so make sure you check with us!
