Anybody live nearby.......
If I'm correct, Phoenixville isn't too far from me. Here's the thing, which I wasn't thinking when I replied to Laureen because I've been off for vacation from work. I work split shifts...4 hrs. in the morning, come home, then go back in at night for 4 hrs. I dispatch for a substitute teacher service and work 5:45 AM - 9:30 AM.......then 6 PM - 10 PM. I start on a Sun. night and end on a Fri. morning. However, I'm off in the summer and whenever the schools are closed for vacation, etc., otherwise that would probably be ideal.
I think it will be a little more difficult to find anyone to fit into that schedule except for Saturday Meetings held at Barix the first Saturday of each month. Keep posting, you may find someone who can team up with you for those hours. In the meantime, suggestions will be to log your food, pay attention to the amount of carbs you are taking in and if they are natural or man made. Weight loss can be tripped up by taking in the wrong kind of carbs or too many. As a baseline to start off, try to limit your carbs to keep in pace with your fat intake. For example, if your daily fat limit is 42, keep your daily carbs down to 42. This should trigger something and help break your stall. Also, (which I am very guilty of) take note of what your total calories are verses your daily protein. It can trip you up to take in too much protein. If you exceed your daily protein requirement by more than 20 grams and are taking in more than 1000 calories, the excess protein will hit your body like excess calories.
