What cha doing NYE?

i will be one of those girls with Beth at the party i cant wait since i have been with my husband we do nothing on new yrs eve cause we always go to the parade since my DH is from S.Philly and was in the parade for yrs and this yr with the PS we will only go to 2nd t for a little while i begged to go out and i always win lol so glad to bring in the new yr with new great friends

As with Kim, I will be another girl hanging out with Beth and some other new wonderful friends I have met through my journey.  I couldn't think of a better way to spend it.  New friends and a new year!!!  Can't wait to have a few drinks and dance, dance, dance!!!

I stay in. To many crazy drunk people out driving. We are having my god daughter (age 14 today) over for a sleep over. We plan to watch the Mama Mia DVD whi*****ludes a bonus sing-a-long DVD. Should be lots of fun. We are huge ABBA fans :o) 

NY Day we are spending the day at Longwood gardens.

Happy NY Everybody!!   After an absolutely sucky Xmas holiday I'm looking forward to veggin out with the hubby NYE, eating some crab legs, drinking a glass of champagne, watching the lights twinkle on my pretty Xmas tree, seeing some lame NYE show and then going to bed!    I hope all the party girls have a blast!!!! and the Norm contingency continues last year's traditions of good times!!    Be safe everybody!!!!   WOOOO HOOOO, BRING ON 2009!!!!!! 

I am heading over to my sis-in-law's for some games and sober activities.  This is her first New Years without my brother, and she has done so well, so far this holiday. 

New Years Day, it is a Rose Bowl Party at my house with a lot of protein tid bits. 

I hope everyone has a safe new year.  Call a cab if there is too much bubbly in your system.

Count me as a under the covers hider. NYE kinda annoys the crap out of me. I've always just wanted a nice time, and someone to kiss at midnight. Well, when I was married, my husband was usually asleep before midnight as were the kids and I was always trying to wake him up to kiss me.....not my idea of NYE. Last year I was painting my living room, my first time ever painting, as when I was married he would not "let" me paint. I was alone, but I remember my stepdad coming over the next day to help paint and he gave a kiss on the cheek for new years'. It was so sweet of him.

This year my son is driving himself and sisters home from his dad's apt. in Philly tom. night. I will feel better when they are here and safe and I'm not going to worry cause that will make me nuts. And one of them BETTER be awake at midnight to KISS ME! LOL!

I'm playing grandmom again this year.  I'll have Abby overnight so my daughter can party.  Then I'm having everyone over for New Years dinner.  To everyone who's going out, please be safe.  And Happy New Year to my all my friends.
