You are smarter than me.  I tried the truffles with the unsweetened chocolate and splenda but did not have sense to add more cream cheese, so the consistency was very dry and crumbly.

I doubt that I'm smarter than you, i just stumbled into the truth with the truffles. Happy New Year to you too. I saw your pics you posted showing off the hardbody , looking good babe! You'll be busting out the bikini this summer now I suppose. Yo how often you hangin in the new Starbucks @ Grant-Academy? LOL I need a caffeine 12 step program soon maybe.

I made Christmas dinner with low carb rolls, fat free gravy, sugar free dessert and ICBINB spread instead of butter. None of the "don't you dare make it healthy" whiners even noticed lol
