Happy holidays to all,
Just a reminder that the first wed in january, coming up in about 2 weeks is our support meeting. 7 pm in phoenixville hospital's cafeteria. All are welcome, regardless of type of surgery, where your surgery was done. Family, friends/support people are also welcome, as are those who are struggling with food issues and perhaps just exploring the surgical weight loss option. Studies show that people who have issues are more sucessful in dealing with their challenges if they attend a support group, so lets all start out the new year focusing on success!
